The Nature Protection Service (SEPRONA) of the Civil Guard, in the framework of the operation "CERVOGUES" has proceeded to the arrest of seven people and the investigation of another 16 people belonging to three organized groups that acted independently , dedicated to the purchase and supply of desmogues deer and deer in a fraudulent manner.

The destination of the antlers was the Asian market, specifically Hong Kong, where they were transformed into "medicinal" and "therapeutic" products and markets in the US and Canada, where they were transformed into dog products.

The operation began in April 2018, due to the services provided for the surveillance and control of the purchase, sale, transport, storage and destination of hunting operations, specifically desmogues deer and fallow deer.

In addition, the frontmen were engaged in attracting other people to sign invoices, all in exchange for economic compensation, making bank transfers and falsifying the data before the Tax Agency. At times, they usurped the marital status of people who did not have any kind of relationship with the group, creating with them, tax obligations of which they had no knowledge.

In this group, the detainees are three neighbors of the Carolina, 23, 28 and 34 years old. Likewise, two residents of Linares, both of 26 years of age, one of Guarromán, 20 years old and seven of La Carolina, of 34, 36, 40, 43 and three of 28 years of age, have been investigated.
