The Civil Guard locates a person doing physical exercise that pretended to be ill to avoid being denounced
When he was identified by the agents, he first indicated that he was undocumented and then did not know the obligation of the state of alarm, but when he saw that his versions did not work, he pretended to be unwell, reproducing the symptoms of COVID-19, causing the agents to mobilize health media to to be attended to
The person breached the restrictions of movements decreed by the state of alarm
The Civil Guard has denounced in A Coruña a person who was doing physical exercise in breach of the movement restriction established in Royal Decree 463/2020 declaring the state of alarm. In addition, to avoid being denounced, he pretended to be unwell, reproducing the symptoms of COVID-19, causing the agents to mobilize health media.
The performance took place when agents from the Traffic Sector of the Civil Guard of A Coruña, who were on the “Autovía do Salnés” (AG-41), at the height of the municipality of Meaño (Pontevedra), observed a person doing physical exercise on a road parallel to said highway, in breach of the movement restrictions established in the state of alarm.
