• Given the entry of thousands of new files with processing errors, which lead to thousands of workers without collecting the benefit
The Popular Parliamentary Group has presented a new battery of questions to the Government in Congress about the Coronavirus to find out when it plans to pay all pending ERTEs.
Specifically, the Popular Group recalls that from the Independent Trade Union and Official Central (CSIF) it has been denounced that the error coefficient of the ERTE files received by the SEPE has risen in recent days from 11.6% to 14%, indicating that thousands of new files continue to enter with errors, which is leading to a significant percentage of poorly recognized files and thousands of workers without receiving benefits or charging them in the wrong way.
For all this, the deputy spokespersons José Ignacio Echániz and Pilar Marcos, the spokesman for the Toledo Pact, Tomás Cabezón, the spokesperson for Labor and Social Economy, Diego Movellán, and the deputies Belén Hoyo, Carolina Spain, Teresa Angulo, José Ortiz Galván , Javier Bas, Llanos de Luna, Carmelo Romero and Ana Vázquez, raise the
Executive the following questions:
– What is the error coefficient of acknowledgments of ERTE files processed at SEPE during the months of March, April and May 2020?
– How many workers with favorable recognition of the benefit by ERTE, broken down by provinces, have fully received said benefit from March 14 to the present?
– How many workers with favorable recognition of the ERTE benefit, broken down by province, have partially received the benefit for
compensation of outstanding debts with the Administration?
– How many ERTE files submitted since March 14 are still pending and paid to workers, broken down by province, as of today? How many workers are affected by these files that are still pending resolution and / or payment of the benefit?
