The Popular Parliamentary Group has registered two requests for appearance so that two senior officials of the Ministry of Finance explain in Congress the tasks entrusted to said Department in relation to the contracting of different government agencies in relation to the coronavirus.
On the one hand, the appearance of the Secretary of State for Budgets and Expenses is requested, to report on the role that the Ministry of Finance is playing in the contracting procedure that the Executive is carrying out in purchases related to COVID 19.
On the other, the appearance of the undersecretary of Finance is requested, so that he can also explain the reports issued by the advisory bodies under the Ministry of Finance in relation to all the contracting procedures related to COVID19.
Both requests to appear are signed by the spokesperson for the Popular Group, Cayetana Álvarez de Toledo.
