It also requires the appearance of the Secretary General of Health for all purchases and contracts signed by INGESA

The Popular Parliamentary Group has demanded from the Government a copy of all the sanitary material contracts for the fight against COVID-19 signed by the Spanish ambassador to China, Rafael Dezcállar.

For this, the GPP has registered in Congress a request for documents signed by the deputy spokeswoman Marta González and by the GPP's foreign spokesperson, Valentina Martínez, which also requires “the composition, minutes of the meetings and opinions of the Group Inter-ministerial 'ad hoc' purchasing and logistics established at the headquarters of the National Institute of Health Management (INGESA) intended for the purchase of such material ”.

The Popular Group explains that its request, made under Article 7 of the Regulations, is justified "according to the statements made by Rafael Dezcállar in the online seminar organized by the Diplomatic School on April 16, and by the Secretary of State of International Cooperation, Ángeles Moreno, in his written response to the CSIF, detailing both the purchasing procedure followed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the European Union and Cooperation in China ”.

Appearance request

Likewise, the Popular Group has demanded the appearance in Congress of the Secretary General of Health to report to the parliamentary headquarters "on all purchases made and all contracts signed by INGESA to acquire medical supplies in the face of the crisis caused by the Coronavirus (COVID -19) ”.
