The Popular Parliamentary Group has insisted on the parliamentary route to demand from the Government, through a request for data in Congress, that it comply with the law and reveal the identity of the experts in charge of the phases of the lack of control.

Specifically, the Popular Group requests the identity and the curriculum vitae of the 11 members of the technical team of the General Directorate of Public Health, Quality and Innovation, together with Fernando Simón, director of the Center for Coordination of Health Alerts and Emergencies of the Ministry of Health. , "They evaluate the information sent by the Autonomous Communities to the Ministry of Health to advance the phase in the de-escalation."

The request for data – signed by the Deputy Secretary of the PP, Cuca Gamarra, the deputy spokesman of the GPP José Ignacio Echániz and the spokeswoman for Health in Congress, Elvira Velasco – adds in the parliamentary way to the requirement already made by the GPP to through a Proposition not of Law.
