The Minister of Economy and Competitiveness, Luis de Guindos, and the President of the European Investment Bank (EIB), Werner Hoyer, at the start of a meeting that they held today in Madrid. Hoyer made his first visit to Spain as EIB President and was previously received in La Moncloa by the President of the Spanish Government, Mariano Rajoy. Spain is the largest beneficiary of loans from the European Investment Bank.
