The Interior Minister, Fernando Grande-Marlaska, welcomed the 179 civil guards in training to the Corps who join the Madrid Command in Tres Cantos on Wednesday.
Grande-Marlaska has participated in the reception act that has taken place in the Madrid Command. There, he has addressed the 179 civil guards, of whom 36 are women, who will work throughout the province of Madrid.
The General Director of the Civil Guard, María Gámez, has also welcomed these guards who join their training period at the Institution. The Chief of the Zone, Brigadier General José Antonio Berrocal, and the Acting Chief of the Command, Lieutenant Colonel David Blanes, were also present at the Madrid Command.
