For a year and a half, he committed various sexual assaults and abuses against a seven-year-old boy, taking advantage of his status as an educator at a primary school located in Northern Ireland
The authorities of the United Kingdom, unaware of his whereabouts, issued a location request to prevent him from continuing to commit crimes against the sexual compensation of minors in another country.
