The investigations, started in 2015, focused on a group allegedly dedicated to buying looted pieces in the Andalusian Community and then selling them to private clients.

The event was attended by the Mayor of Jaén, Mr. Julio Millán Muñoz, the Minister of Culture of the Andalusian Government, Ms. Patricia del Pozo Fernández, the Chief Commissioner, Provincial Chief of Jaén, Mr. José Miguel Amaya Tébar and the Commissioner, Chief of the Specialized Crime Brigade, D.
