The Melilla senator has asked the minister about the protocols and instructions that, from the Ministry of Interior, are given so that police and civil guards proceed before a complaint about sexual abuse. Acedo referred to the statements of Minister Irene Montero, who said that ‘when a woman reports a sexual assault she is asked if she was dressed in a miniskirt and provoking’.
