The president of the Regional Confederation of Business Organizations of Murcia, CROEM, José Mª Albarracín, and the general secretaries of UGT and CCOO in the Region of Murcia, Antonio Jiménez and Santiago Navarro respectively, held the first meeting of this 2020 at the headquarters of the confederation.

The three reviewed the main issues that mark today, especially what will be the composition of the new Government, which will be announced next week, according to the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez.

So much Albarracín as Jiménez and Navarro claim social dialogue as the only scenario to reach agreements on key issues such as the creation of stable employment, occupational safety and health, collective bargaining and socio-labor integration of people with disabilities or at risk of exclusion, among other topics.

The president of the businessmen and the union leaders also advanced in the preparation of the next summit that will bring together in Alicante the employers' and trade union organizations of the Region of Murcia, the Valencian Community, Andalusia and, most likely, the Balearic autonomous community. A meeting that is also scheduled to be attended by the presidents of the said autonomies.
