The president, Marta Blanco and the secretary, Óscar Bocos, of the CEOE's Council for Tourism, Culture and Sport, held a meeting today by videoconference with the secretary general for Culture, Javier García Fernández, and the Director General of Cultural Industries, Intellectual Property and Cooperation, Adriana Moscoso, in order to strengthen collaboration between both institutions and assess the possibility of carrying out future joint activities.

At the CEOE meeting he conveyed interest in having a direct dialogue with the Department of Culture to address issues relevant to the cultural industry. The Secretary General welcomed this initiative and proposed establishing regular meetings to deal with these specific issues, based on a previously established agenda. The first meeting will be held next October, in person, if possible, and with the participation of interested CEOE partners and those departments, in addition to the General Secretary for Culture, that are affected.
