The VOX deputy for Ceuta, Teresa López, has made a battery of questions to the Government of Sánchez and Iglesias in relation to the claims of the Ceuta Medical Union, which in recent weeks has shown indignation with Ingesa by not attending, they say, the deficiencies in the 061 Emergency Service in both Ceuta and Melilla, and they also call the situation of public health "abandonment". For this reason, the VOX deputy for Ceuta, Teresa López, has questioned the Executive to obtain answers about the problems that exist in the city.

López has asked the Government if it is going to increase the provision of troops in 061 and if Ingesa will consent to the lack of personnel in 061 in the sectorial table as requested by the Medical Union. Likewise, López has asked about the existence of discrimination in the value of the hour of duty with Specialized Attention and the exemption module for those over 55 years of age, which is why the Ceutí parliamentarian wants to know if the Government intends to equalize the value of the guard hours of 061 with those of Specialized Attention and if it is going to recognize the turnicity / nocturnal work of the 061 workers of Ceuta and Melilla dependent on Ingesa.

Another of the questions asked to the Executive on health matters by the Ceuta parliamentarian, has also been related to the workers of 061. In particular, López has questioned to find out “what is the reason that there is no Emergency and Primary Urgency bag , and if it is going to be created ”.

Regarding the extraordinary situation that we are experiencing with the pandemic and the great effort that health personnel are making to control the Covid-19 outbreak in Ceuta, the Medical Union called this sector "abandonment" by Ingesa, and denounced that they will not receive the Covid-19 complement. For this reason, López has questioned Moncloa about the reason that has generated the decision, and if it is going to rectify "so that the health professionals of Ceuta and Melilla receive it like the rest of the professionals of all the Autonomous Communities".

For the rest, the deputy wanted to know how the health workforce currently in the three city centers is, as a result of the complaint from the unions that claimed to be "overloaded." “What is the current staff that the three Ingesa health centers in Ceuta have?” Asks López, who has also requested to know the estimate made by Ingesa of the lack of personnel in each of its categories in the different health centers. "Is Ingesa going to increase the staff of the Primary Care health centers in Ceuta as claimed by the Medical Union?", Asks the Ceuta parliamentarian.
