The Municipal Group of VOX suspects that there is a 'change of cards' to grant seats to the PSOE in exchange for its specific support to the economic issues that the government team of the Granada City Council wants to approve, after it was removed from the agenda of the Plenary of November the appointment of the representatives of the Consortium of the Palace of Exhibitions and Congresses of Granada when there was already an agreement for VOX to enter this organization.
"We do not understand why the Councilor for Trade and Tourism was not proposed as a representative in this Consortium, but the omnipresent Councilor for Human Resources, Organization and General Services, Legal Services and Internal Regime, Presidency and Contracting," said the Councilor for VOX Mónica Rodríguez Gallego.
“It is very suspicious that, during the last plenary session, the item of the Consortium of the Palace of Exhibitions and Congresses was removed from the agenda just after the PSOE supported the distribution of a linear productivity of 200,000 euros for officials, something that is of doubtful legality, and it reminds us of the 'pact of the elbow' for the approval of the municipal budgets ”, has criticized the councilman of VOX.
Finally, Mónica Rodríguez Gallego recalled that «VOX has proposed the distribution of this productivity between the officials of the essential services -Local Police, Firefighters, social services, etc.- and the municipal workers subject to the activities stipulated in the services decree minimum requirements of the Granada City Council ”, a proposal supported by the USPLBE-SITAG union.
