VOX Senator Jacobo González-Robatto referred today to the need to adapt the Penal Code to face the separatist threat, which, he recalled, "Is still alive and encouraged by the Government of the Nation in an active way". This has been stated during the debate, in the Plenary of the Senate, of the Proposal of Organic Law of Modification of Organic Law 10/1995, of November 23 of the Penal Code, for which VOX has proposed a alternative text.
