Vox Melilla has presented its affiliates to the new manager of the Autonomous City, which will be chaired by José Miguel Tasende Souto. During the event, the new members of the management company took the opportunity to present themselves to fifty members.
In addition, the only deputy of VOX in the Assembly, Juan Carlos Escoz De Gracia, has explained the current situation of the party, stating the reasons that have led the National Directorate of VOX to decide the final expulsion of the party of Jesús Delgado, currently in situation of transfuguismo. These reasons include making decisions contrary to party discipline, such as the vote against the salary increase of the Local Police or the vote in favor of receiving an extraordinary grant. Both decisions go against the VOX electoral program and betray voters.
For its part, Tasende has encouraged affiliates to get involved in training, and has called on the unity of the Melillans to look forward to the city project proposed by VOX: a safe city, economically independent of the whims of Morocco and in which the traditional Spanish customs and values are respected.
Both Tasende and Escoz, in their respective interventions, have promised total transparency in their management, for which direct communication channels with the affiliates will be enabled. The objective is that the militancy of the party can raise its concerns, participate in the political life of the party and, ultimately, contribute to the common goal: to achieve a strong, prosperous and increasingly Spanish Melilla.
