One of these dependencies is the “La Escuela” center where the municipal groups and the IT departments and staff of the city council are located.
While it is true that a good number of the officials are teleworking, Gallardo has wanted to focus on those who, due to their tasks, are forced to physically attend work centers in order to carry out their daily functions.
Specifically, in the "La Escuela" center, there is no type of protection or disinfection material in the bathrooms such as disinfectant gel, paper for hands, as instructed by the health authorities of the Andalusian Government and the Government of Spain .
In addition, there is no record of any document that certifies the disinfection of the building, and much less of the common areas such as bathrooms, door knobs, stair rails, etc. Nor do we know the prevention plan that the government team is going to implement to protect officials after the reopening of facilities and the incorporation of all the personnel expected to take place on May 26.
"We cannot understand that small businesses in the city require a series of preventive measures that are limiting their billing with the common good in mind, and our consistory is not an example, applying the same measures in municipal offices," he lamented. the VOX councilor.
For all the aforementioned, Gallardo requests the government team to know the updated official data of the planning that the council has made in terms of protection of municipal workers on the occasion of the Covid-19, in addition to a report on the access of these municipal employees PPE and virus protection equipment.
Finally, the VOX spokesperson has concluded that the objective of knowing these data is "to establish and request the best conditions for occupational safety and health for municipal workers and for people who come to municipal offices to be treated."
