The website of the Autonomous City is outdated. It does not include current regulations in some cases and does not comply with the Transparency Law. For this reason, the VOX Ceuta Parliamentary Group takes a proposal to the next ordinary plenary session that seeks to update the regulations referred to on the aforementioned website and, especially, the Regulations of the Assembly of the Autonomous City of Ceuta, as well such as the development and implementation of the 'Prior Public Consultation' section. And it is that, "the Regulation of the Assembly of Ceuta that appears on the web has not yet been updated despite counting two years since its modification", highlights the formation.

This proposal, which was included in the agenda of the previous plenary session and which was not debated due to lack of time, also calls for the publication of the updated organization chart that identifies those responsible for the different bodies and their profile and professional career, beyond directors. Currently, the organization chart, argues VOX, "does not contain such a detailed relationship," since it is limited to the heads of the councils, without mentioning general directors and general deputy directors, among other public positions.

VOX thereby seeks to comply with the Transparency Law and guarantee access to information. In addition, the party places special interest in ‘active advertising’, and points out that in the case of the Autonomous City of Ceuta, this principle of ‘active advertising’ presents “severe deficiencies” in its translation into practice. For the training led by Juan Sergio Redondo, "it is very complex for citizens to exercise oversight of political power in order to make correct political decisions and shape the critical society referred to in section I of the Transparency Law."
