YE. King Felipe VI has received in audience the participants in the I Forum of the Pacific Alliance that will be held tomorrow 30 th in CEOE. The Minister of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, Reyes Maroto; the Secretary of State for Commerce, Xiana Méndez; the Ibero-American General Secretary, Rebeca Grynspan; CEOE CEO Antonio Garamendi; the president of CEPYME, Gerardo Cuerva; and representatives of institutions, business organizations and companies of the Pacific Alliance and observers. In the afternoon, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, Josep Borrell, will offer a reception at the Viana Palace in honor of the participants in this important forum.

I Forum of the Pacific Alliance

CEOE will receive tomorrow at its headquarters experts in the Pacific Alliance from more than 40 countries, during a forum in which the Minister of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, Reyes Maroto; CEOE CEO Antonio Garamendi; and representatives of governments and institutions of the countries of the Pacific Alliance (Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru); as well as its Observer States. It is the first time in Spain that a forum on this integration process emphasizes SMEs of full members and the 59 observer countries and their business organizations.

The forum, entitled 'The future of the Pacific Alliance: Vision on SMEs in member countries and observers and their business organizations', is organized by the Ibero-American General Secretariat (SEGIB), CEOE and the Council of Ibero-American Businessmen (CEIB), in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation. The day will be inaugurated, in addition to Maroto and Garamendi, the Secretary of State for International Cooperation and for Latin America and the Caribbean, Juan Pablo de Laiglesia, and the Deputy Secretary General of SEGIB, Marco Pintagama. The day will be closed by the president of CEPYME, Gerardo Cuerva.
