"Spain needs the useful policy of Cs so as not to leave the Budgets in the hands of Rufián, Otegi or the BNG." This was stated by the deputy spokesman for Citizens (Cs) in the Congress of Deputies and member of the Permanent Committee of liberal education, Edmundo Bal, after the Cycling Caravan for Equality organized in the municipality of O Porriño in Pontevedra on the occasion of the Day LGBTI Pride International. The candidate of Cs to the presidency of the Xunta de Galicia, Beatriz Pino, the orange national spokesperson, Melisa Rodríguez, and the deputy and spokesperson for Equality of liberal education in the Parliament of Catalonia, Noemí de la Street. In addition, ex-cliclista and sports director, Álvaro Pino, and the winner of the Tour de France in 2006, Óscar Pereiro, attended.

"We need moderate, focused and pragmatic National Emergency Budgets" for "the reconstruction of our country" and thus "get Spain out of the social and economic slump that lies ahead," explained Bal. "The Government has the responsibility to present them" but "from the opposition we have to live up to the demands of this moment in history", the GPCs spokesperson asserted, while warning that "we have an obligation to sit down, not it is an option".

In this meeting of the 12-J campaign in Galicia, Bal stressed that "from Cs we want a region that helps families, especially rural ones, and the birth rate can be raised, which here records such low figures" , in addition to "connecting Galicia once and for all with the AVE" and being able to "overcome the digital divide"

For her part, the Cs candidate for the Xunta de Galicia, Beatriz Pino, recalled that "in Galicia we have made great progress but much more remains to be done for the community. We have a good 2014 law for LGTBI + rights that it cannot stay in a drawer and it has been too long an advertisement rather than a reality ”.
