The GPP demands the appearance of Fernando Simón in Congress, to explain his different decisions against the coronavirus since the beginning of the year At the Health Commission

For the CCAES director to detail his management in parliamentary headquarters

The Popular Parliamentary Group has demanded the appearance in the Health Commission of the Congress of the director of the Center for Coordination of Health Alerts and Emergencies (CCAES), Fernando Simón, to explain the different decisions he has made since the beginning of the year regarding the coronavirus.

The PP initiative, signed by its spokesman, Cayetana Álvarez de Toledo, asks first of all that Simón account for "the decisions made and the work carried out since the beginning of the year to prevent the spread of COVID-19".

The Popular Group also considers that the director of the CCAES must appear in parliamentary headquarters to detail the measures adopted by the body that he directs to preserve the health of citizens against the virus, as well as to manage the de-escalation of the pandemic, with decisions sometimes highly controversial due to their evident lack of objective criteria.
