The Spanish hydraulic reserve is at 50.7 percent of its capacity


The Spanish hydraulic reserve is at 50.7 percent of its total capacity. Reservoirs currently store 28,448 cubic hectometers (hm³) of water, decreasing in the last week by 894 cubic hectometers (1.6 percent of the current total capacity of reservoirs).

The reservation by areas is as follows:

  • Eastern Cantabrian is 80.8%
  • Western Cantabrian at 77.8%
  • Miño-Sil at 71.3%
  • Galicia Costa at 78.9%
  • Internal basins of the Basque Country at 81.0%
  • Duero 56.1%
  • 43.3% cut
  • Guadiana at 43.8%
  • Red, Odiel and Piedras 70.3%
  • Guadalete-Barbate 53.7%
  • Guadalquivir at 42.4%
  • Andalusian Mediterranean Basin at 57.3%
  • 25.3% safe
  • Juice at 34.9%
  • Ebro at 66.9%
  • Inland basins of Catalonia at 72.5%

Precipitation has greatly affected the entire peninsula. The maximum has been produced in San Sebastián-Donostia with 98.8 mm (98.8 l / m2).
