During her speech, the first vice president of the Government has urged its members to proceed in the face of this emergency with "the maximum capacity for reaction" and to work with "absolute efficiency" in a dynamic scenario in which decisions must be taken "hour by hour" and imposes the obligation to give a "fast and constant" response.
The meeting was held by videoconference and representatives of the Government Presidency participated in it; First Vice Presidency, Ministry of the Presidency, Relations with the Courts and Democratic Memory; Second Vice Presidency, Social Rights and the 2030 Agenda; Third Vice Presidency, Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation; Fourth Vice Presidency, Ecological Transition and Demographic Challenge; of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation; of Justice; Defending; Estate; Inside; Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda; Industry, Commerce and Tourism; Agriculture, Fishing and Food; Territorial Policy and Public Function; Health; Science and Innovation; CNI and Secretary of State for Communication.
The Situation Committee is a body provided for in the first additional provision of the Law 36/2015, of September 28, on National Security, as an organ in support of the Government in its capacity as the competent authority, and which assists the National Security Council in directing and coordinating the management of crisis situations and is regulated by Order PRA / 32/2018, of 22 of January.
