The national deputy of VOX for Ceuta, Teresa López, asked the Executive a battery of questions to find out the status of both the bag of Lawyers of the Administration of Justice and the bag of officials at the service of the Administration of Justice in Ceuta. The National Government has responded that the two are in the process of being called, but they still do not know the date for their publication, and meanwhile the current bags are sold out.
The social-communist government has responded that "it is developing the process corresponding to the March 19 convocation in which it includes 176 places", but they do not specify a date for this purpose. And it is that, López addressed the Government of Sánchez last July to know, on the one hand, the current status of the bag of Lawyers of the Administration of Justice of Ceuta, and on the other, the number of candidates that are in the bag , and also asked when the Ministry of Justice will convene selective processes for entry into the Body of Lawyers of the Administration of Justice. The Government "foresees" that the incorporation of the holders who approve this call will take place over the next year.
Regarding the summons of the bags of substitute Lawyers of the Administration of Justice, the Executive indicates that "they are carried out jointly for all the provincial areas", and that the current ones expired four years ago. Meanwhile, on the current situation in Ceuta of the stock exchanges, the Government affirms that "it needs renewal due to exhaustion".
Regarding the bags of civil servants at the service of the Administration of Justice of Ceuta, the Executive affirms that they are exhausted so they are not currently being covered, so they will continue like this until there is a date for the announcement of the places. VOX affirms that “in times like the present, in which the collapse of the Administration of Justice is a sad reality, which will worsen over time, especially after the end of the Covid-19 pandemic , it is essential to have sufficiently provided the positions of the LAJ and of the civil servants to the services of the Administration of Justice ”.
